All you need to know for SIWW2024!

Here’s an administrative checklist to assist you in your preparations for SIWW2024.

(A) Delegate Administrative Instructions

You would have received an email containing your unique QR code to collect your badge onsite. For assistance, please write in to registration@siww.com.sg.

Shirt without tie (jacket optional) for gentlemen, equivalent for ladies

(B) Onsite Badge Collection

Badge Collection Counters are located on Level 3 and operating hours are shown in the table below. For Delegate Day Pass holders, onsite badge collection is on specified day only. Please bring along a digital or print copy of your unique QR code to collect your badge onsite at our self-check-in counters on Level 3.

All delegates are required to wear the official SIWW2024 event badge for admission to all sessions, Water Expo, networking functions and meals.

(C) Download the SIWW2024 App

Make the most of your SIWW2024 experience by downloading our event app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Use the App to:

• Access the latest SIWW2024 programme and floorplan
• Favourite sessions and plan your agenda
• Initiate business meetings
• Discover sponsors and exhibitors and more

You will receive a separate email containing your login credentials to the SIWW2024 App from SIWW Concierge. If you have not received the email, please reach out to SIWW Concierge at sally@siww.com.sg. For a complete listing of all programmes, visit our website here.

(D) Mark your calendars for the Joint Opening

The official opening of SIWW2024 will take place on 19 June 2024 (Wednesday) at 9:00am at the Sands Grand Ballroom on Level 5. Simultaneous Chinese-English interpretation service will be available during the Ministerial Plenary. You may access the interpretation via your device (phone/ tablet) with the help of instructions provided onsite. Please bring along your personal earpiece or earphone to listen to the interpretation at your comfort.

(E) Collect your NEWBrew Souvenir Pack

Reintroducing NEWBrew with a fresh flavor and updated can design – this modern Pilsner presents a trendy twist on traditional lagers, featuring subtle notes of tangerine and tropical fruits. All delegates can collect a free NEWBrew souvenir pack at Room 3910, Level 3.

(F) Professional Development Units (PDUs)

For professional and chartered engineers in Singapore, SIWW2024 is accredited with Professional Development Units by the Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB). To claim your PDUs, please email your full name and email address registered with PEB and your PEB Membership Number to registration@siww.com.sg by 30 June 2024 (Friday).

Entry Requirements for Singapore
Overseas delegates are reminded to submit the SG Arrival Card within three (3) days (including the day of arrival) of arrival into Singapore and should comply with the prevailing Entry Requirements. Click here to submit online.

Access to Venue
Self-drive: Limited car parking is available at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre.
Present your SIWW2024 event badge at the following locations for a parking coupon that entitles you to a concessionary rate of S$8.56 for full day parking at Marina Bay Sands. Each badge entitles you to 1 coupon per day.

Public transport: The venue is located at Bayfront MRT station (CE1/DT16), you may access to the Sands Expo & Convention Centre via Exit C or Exit E.

Shuttle bus: Round trip shuttle service will be provided daily between PARKROYAL COLLECTION Marina Bay and Sands Expo & Convention Centre during the event hours. Refer to the shuttle bus schedule here.
